Sustainable hotel in Lanzarote

We are aware that a large amount of energy, water and other resources are consumed in the hotel industry and that significant amounts of waste are generated, therefore, we have acquired a commitment to the environment, reducing as far as possible the generation of waste and the consumption of energy from fossil fuels. We want to preserve and care for the special environment where we live, here are some of the measures we have implemented:

• We have installed photovoltaic panels
• We offer two electric car charging points
• We treat the grey water produced by the hotel for the irrigation of the Finca.
• We privilege Km 0 products and seasonal fruit and vegetables.
• We provide recycling points for our employees and customers, encouraging the correct use of each container
• We have reduced single-use plastic by 90%.
• We promote the use of bicycles to discover Lanzarote
• We provide information on the best hiking routes from the hotel and throughout the island so that the client can get to know Lanzarote in the most respectful and healthy way.
• We provide a space in our facilities for local craftsmen and businesses

We have achieved the Biosphere Sustainable certification in May 2023, rewarding and valuing the work of the entire team, but the efforts do not end here, we will continue to look for ways to grow the hotel towards an increasingly sustainable business.
