Your room key also opens both doors at the hotel's main entrance.
Check-out
Latest check-out: 11:00 AM
If you leave before 8:30 AM, please drop the key in the mailbox to the left of the entrance. Late check-out is subject to availability — ask at reception.
Restaurant
Breakfast: continental buffet 8:00–10:30 AM · €12 adults · €9 children (3–12 years)
Dinner: à la carte menu from 2:00 to 9:00 PM (last booking). Book your table with our restaurant team.
Housekeeping
Rooms are cleaned daily. Sheets are changed every 4 days and towels every 2 days. Please leave towels hanging if you'd like to reuse them, and let reception know if you'd like to do the same with the bed linen.
Massage
Our massage room is located in the parking area opposite the hotel. We offer a wide range of massages and beauty treatments. You can book at reception or by calling the number shown on the price list in your room.
Mini golf
Clubs and balls are kept in the hotel lounge, next to reception. Please put them back when you're finished.
Gym and Sauna
Enjoy the gym and sauna free of charge, any time of day. They are located at the back of the hotel, down the stairs from the restaurant terrace, on the left. The access key is kept in the locker next to the door. Please return it when you leave.
Allow 30 minutes for the sauna to heat up, and remember to switch it off when you're done.
Bike storage
Next to the gym. Your room key also opens the door to the bike storage room.
Parking
We have two parking areas available: the first opposite the hotel, and the second (event parking) facing the vineyards at the back of the hotel, along our street to the left.
EV charging
We have two charging points in the parking area opposite the hotel, priced at €0.30/kWh. Ask at reception for a card to activate the charger.
Supermarket
2.7 km away. Turn left onto the main road. Head to the Monumento del Campesino roundabout and take the third exit. El Castillo supermarket is in Mozaga, 700 m on your right.
Petrol station
2.3 km away. Turn left onto the main road. Head to the Monumento del Campesino roundabout and turn right (first exit). The petrol station is 300 m on the right. It also has a small supermarket.
Bus stop
Line 32 Arrecife – Playa Honda. You'll find timetables at the hotel entrance.
